How do I return my order?
To initiate exchange, email: shop@richiele.com. Please include your full name and order number.
Please remember to include your order number and some information about your return or exchange.
Returns within the US must be sent back within 14 days and in original sale condition. Returned items must be in original packaging. Must have no signs of wear. If item(s) are returned with visual signs of wear/damage they will be returned back to the customer. Exchanges contingent on inventory.
WE DO NOT COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ORDERS. PLEASE ENTER CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST ITEMS UPON SHIPPING.

What if my order gets lost due to an incorrect address?
We are not responsible for any lost items upon shipping. Please make sure to double check that you are inputting the correct mailing address.
